Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in New Hampshire. In this part-time role you will help customers in person and over the phone, process orders accurately, handle payments, and keep orders moving from purchase to delivery.

You’ll work with sales and office staff to create a smooth, positive experience, supported by training and benefits including medical, retirement, life insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits following procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries and maintain open orders.
• Support showroom operations and assist the Office Manager as needed.

Customer Service Representative – Ashley FurniturePart-Time Career OpportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Ashley Furniture team.In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience, supporting customers both in person and over the phone while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
