Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a Metro Mobility reservations/CSR representative to be the voice of the company in every client interaction in the Twin Cities metro area.

You will answer calls, book and cancel rides, provide ETA data, and make outgoing calls to inform customers of next day ride times and policy details.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal record.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Prior customer service skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area.

Job Overview

Transit Team, Inc. is a provider of paratransit transportation services in the Twin Cities metro area. As a Metro Mobility Demand reservationist/CSR representative, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls
• Book ride requests for customers
• Cancel ride requests
• Provide ride ETA data
• Make outgoing calls to customers to inform them of their next day’s ride times and explain the policies regarding the Metro Mobility system and service

Schedule and Pay

Pay: $18/hr. Shift: Wednesday – Sunday, 12:00PM – 6:00PM.

Qualifications

• Clean criminal record
• Good communication and computer skills
• Prior customer service skills (a plus)
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities metro area
