The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive professional driving experience, an impeccable attendance record and enjoys working directly with professional drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation.**Pay:** $25.00/Hour + Full Benefits + Annual Pay Increase**Multiple Shifts - Both AM and PM - Available!****Essential Job Functions:*** Supervision and Management: Oversee the performance and conduct of drivers ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.* Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including driver schedules, route efficiency, and service quality. Address and resolve operational issues in real-time.* Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including FTA/DOT ADA requirements.* Customer Service: Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. Promote a positive image of Transit Team in all interactions.* Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to drivers and staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.* Incident Management: Respond to and manage incidents and emergencies on the road.
