Dog House is hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative in Brunswick, Maine. You will be cross-trained as a CSR and dispatcher, handling phone calls, scheduling, and dispatch coordination with technicians. No prior experience required, but an outgoing personality and strong customer service are essential.

Full-time Customer Service Representative

Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? Do you thrive in a team atmosphere? Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 4. You will be cross-trained as a customer service representative and a dispatcher. This is an in-person position (not a remote position).

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure customers are taken care of each day
• Provide the absolute best customer service experience to our customers
• Answer phones
• Return customer calls
• Outbound calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Working with technicians by assisting with dispatch duties
• Administrative tasks
