Full-time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 4. You will be cross-trained as a customer service representative and a dispatcher. This is an in-person position (not a remote position).

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure customers are taken care of each day
• Provide the absolute best customer service experience to our customers
• Answer phones
• Return customer calls
• Outbound calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Working with technicians by assisting with dispatch duties
• Administrative tasks

Requirements:

• No previous experience is necessary
