Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in the Greater Boston area is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center in Hingham, MA. You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and help keep the schedule full.

No prior call-center experience required; we will train the right person. This on-site role offers hourly base pay with a performance bonus, and full benefits.

Description

Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore. We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our call center. You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and keep the schedule full. No call-center experience required; we will train the right person. Hourly base plus performance bonus, with a realistic on-target earnings range of $25 to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and book service appointments at an 85%+ booking rate
• Handle roughly 20 to 40 inbound calls per day
• Make 20 to 50+ outbound calls per day to fill the schedule and follow up
• Keep the dispatch board full and balanced
• Capture accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan
• Deliver a warm, professional first impression on every call
• Hit individual and team goals tied to bookings and board-filled percentage

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Friendly, clear phone presence and a customer-first attitude
• No prior phone or call-center experience required; we will train the right person
