Job summary

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to ensure overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL call center. Our Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via phone and email interactions/correspondence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service environment.
• Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs.
• Typing speed of 50 WPM, preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service.
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

Compensation

• Hourly rates starting from $22.50/hour with the ability to earn up to $50,000 plus per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission.
• Employees who demonstrate excellent performance, attitude, and punctuality have the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases.
• Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday; Thursday/Friday off

Responsibilities
