Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Brookline, MA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll welcome families, answer questions, and help guests get started with our guided play-based swim program.

No prior retail experience is required; you must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts to meet business needs.

  • Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.
• RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS:
  • Contribute to the success of the store by driving specific business metrics

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION?

Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.

Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours

Must have the capability to positively engage customer at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base

Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)

No retail experience is required, is preferred.
