Job summary

Skylands Energy Service Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, identify needs, process requests, and escalate when needed.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, computer savvy, and able to stay calm under pressure while delivering empathetic service. Applicants should have a high school diploma, prior CSR or similar experience, comfort with computers and customer management software, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a CSR or in a similar role preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of active listening techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Bilingual candidates will be favorably reviewed.
