Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Nampa, ID is seeking an electronics technician to perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot issues. You will enter maintenance data, follow SEL principles, and support continuous improvement under supervision.

Travel Must be willing and able to travel extensively during the first 6–12 months of employment while the facility is under development. Travel will primarily be to SEL manufacturing facilities in Pullman, Washington and Lewiston, Idaho for training, process familiarization, and relationship building. Travel is expected to occur in multiweek increments and may total approximately 8–12 weeks or more based on business needs and facility startup activities.
Pay Range Data - $34.81-$51.39 (+$5.00 per hour shift differential)
Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
