Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll build connections and offer a wide range of products and services to our diverse customer base. Our customers are on the go and trust us to provide quick and reliable financial solutions. Your precise cash handling, attention to detail, and professional engagement will help reflect our mission and advance your career.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and payments.
  • Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
  • Enter and maintain customer information accurately in our POS system.
  • Build new business through inbound and outbound call campaigns.
  • Assist in account management and collections, including accepting payments and managing appointments.
  • Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
  • Follow security protocols and proper opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on products and processes.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain full-time attendance, including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service, sales, or retail experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to operate phone, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required.
  • Physical ability to remain stationary, move inside/outside, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate controls.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
