Job summary

Envirotest, a proud subsidiary of Opus Inspection, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist motorists with emission test results and related processes in the United States. The role involves explaining test outcomes, guiding waiver/extension requests, reviewing forms for MVA compliance, and performing emissions tests as needed.

• Friendly, professional communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift).
• Automotive knowledge and/or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain emissions testing results to motorists and help customers understand what to do when their vehicle fails its emission test.
• Guide motorists through waiver process and extension requests.
• Review motorists' waiver and extension forms to ensure they meet MVA standards, then granting or denying each according to state regulations.
• Perform emission tests when needed.
• Create a clean and professional environment to keep our station clean and welcoming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr, plus a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits and 401k with a company match

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our motorists in understanding their emission testing results.

Requirements

Pay Range $16.50 - $16.50
