Opus, through Envirotest, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Annapolis, MD to assist motorists with understanding emission test results. This position involves explaining outcomes, guiding waiver and extension requests, and ensuring forms meet state standards.

Responsibilities include performing emissions tests when needed and maintaining a welcoming station environment. Full benefits are included with the role.
