Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX to support daily shipping, receiving and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. You will be a key contact for drivers, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth material flow.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and proficiency in English; Spanish bilingualism is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through multiple channels including in-person and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
