Customer Service Specialist – SAP / CRM (Remote – Austin, TX Area Only)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend day after 6 months of employment (Saturday or Sunday based on rotation; weekday OT provided for balance).
Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote, quarterly onsite team engagements).

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

💡 About the Role

Join a high‑impact customer support team that serves as the “One Stop Shop” for all service requests for Applied Materials customers. In this role, you’ll be the voice and front‑line support for 24/7 service operations, ensuring customers get prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. You will handle incoming service requests, coordinate across multiple internal teams, and support customers using SAP CRM tools. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with purpose, and being the key connector between customers and internal teams—this role is for you!

✨ What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests from Total Kit Management (TKM) customers, On‑Demand customers, and labor dispatch requests.
  • Process and maintain service cases, quotes, opportunities, and sales orders in SAP CRM.
  • Manage customer interactions by phone and email with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Field Engineers, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Use established procedures to troubleshoot customer escalations and track follow‑up.
  • Ensure compliance with business procedures, financial policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

  • Experience in customer service, call center, supply chain, or technical support.
  • Basic knowledge of service processes or product support.
  • SAP / CRM experience highly preferred.
