A leading customer service provider is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support clients primarily via SAP CRM in a remote role. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively. The successful candidate will handle service requests and ensure compliance with procedures. Candidates must reside in the Austin, Texas area for occasional onsite engagements. The job offers a stable schedule and various employee benefits including medical and 401K options.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend day after 6 months of employment (Saturday or Sunday based on rotation; weekday OT provided for balance).
Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote, quarterly onsite team engagements).
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Join a high‑impact customer support team that serves as the “One Stop Shop” for all service requests for Applied Materials customers. In this role, you’ll be the voice and front‑line support for 24/7 service operations, ensuring customers get prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. You will handle incoming service requests, coordinate across multiple internal teams, and support customers using SAP CRM tools.
