Job summary

FA-Ink in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle calls and emails, create quotes and orders, and support production when needed. Training will be provided and pay starts at $16.00 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates are driven, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Printavo experience is a big plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create quotes and enter orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify quantities, garments, colors, sizes, artwork, pricing, and other order details.
• Follow up on artwork, approvals, payments, and order information.
• Process customer payments and assist with general office responsibilities.
• Occasionally assist the production team with counting garments, DTF transfers, printing films, unloading the press, and other shop tasks.
• Occasionally run local company errands as needed.

FA-Ink is a growing screen printing and apparel decoration company looking for a friendly, organized, driven, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create quotes and enter orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify quantities, garments, colors, sizes, artwork, pricing, and other order details.
• Follow up on artwork, approvals, payments, and order information.
