Role Overview

Hybrid role. This position is responsible for processing and following up on US and Canada customer orders. The role requires extensive follow-through with customers, sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing of customer orders. Monday-Wednesday onsite required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain direct responsibility for designated accounts from order receipt through shipment to customer to invoicing.
• Accurate and timely entry of customer orders.
• Handle daily service and order activities.
• Work closely with plant schedulers and transportation group to secure on‑time deliveries.
• Play critical role in developing customer relationships and resolving customer issues.
• Provide backup to team members.
• Maintain master file information.
• Invoice orders and complete month‑end closing transactions.
• Entry of credits, debits, and sample order requests.
• Recording and reporting on ongoing issues.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Previous customer/sales service experience recommended.

Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with SAP, JDE, or similar ERP environment desirable.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy and organization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently with multiple interruptions.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Basic level of Microsoft 365 suite and internet skills.
