VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients and their pets, answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and help keep accurate medical records as part of a compassionate team.

VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital Join Our Growing Team! VCA Yucca Valley Animal Hospital is excited to be expanding our services and is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for every client visit. You are often the first person our clients meet and the last person they see, making your ability to provide exceptional service essential to creating lasting relationships with our clients and their pets. You will play a vital role in helping our hospital deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and valued.

What You'll Do

Full-Time Four 10-hour shifts

Compensation Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, certifications, and organizational needs.
