Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, give tours, and guide sign-ups while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role you will handle member sign-ins, process account updates, and assist with BCM amenities usage. Excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Answer phones and assist with questions or tours.
• Assist in member sign-ups, check-ins, and account updates.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with routine tasks.
• Escalate member service issues to management as needed.
