Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Minnetonka seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member service at the Minnetonka club. You will greet guests, answer questions, process memberships, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and maintain accurate member data while guiding visitors to a positive gym experience.

Key duties include handling phone inquiries, assisting with BCM amenity usage, and coordinating with the Club Manager on member issues.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk 75% of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to create a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and provide information.
• Take information calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Forward service issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organization.
