Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Urbandale, IA is seeking a friendly Member Service Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and assist new and prospective members.

You will greet guests, answer questions, conduct tours, process sign-ups and handle front desk tasks while promoting a positive club environment and supporting team members. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced fitness club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency at a receptionist level.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Answer front desk phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Support club manager or Team Lead as needed.
