Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate responsible for new member sales and delivering a superior member experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, conduct tours, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, and help maintain a welcoming club environment.

This role requires excellent customer service, active listening, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to create a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about memberships.
• Assist with member sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and account updates.
• Support BCM amenity usage and forward issues to Club Manager/Manager in Training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Address member questions and escalate as needed.

Job Summary Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience. Handle front desk related tasks: Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns. Taking info calls and tours Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information. Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed. Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
