Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Middleburg, FL. You will be the face of our service and assist customers by inspecting and maintaining equipment, using U-Scan tech to manage rentals, and answering questions to ensure a smooth journey for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be a people person and help customers effectively.
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• On-the-job education provided by U-Haul.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift may be required.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
