U-Haul International, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, answer questions, and educate about products.

You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
