Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Florida. You will be the face of our company, assisting customers, managing rentals, and supporting operations at the center.

This role includes inspecting equipment, handling invoices, and educating customers about products and services. The position offers on-the-job education, bonus opportunities, and benefits. You will participate in hands-on interviews and could qualify for additional training through U-Haul

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
