Job summary

U-Haul in Buford, GA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our rental operations. You will assist customers with products and services, manage rentals, and help ensure equipment is ready for journeys.

You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and answer questions while delivering excellent service. This on-site role offers on-the-job training and a paid interview process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
