U-Haul Holding Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Peachtree City, GA. You will be the face of U-Haul's service, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and guidance on products and services.

This role emphasizes friendly, helpful interactions and timely use of U-Haul technology to dispatch and return equipment. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Front-line customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Educate customers on products and services and answer questions.
