Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Athens, GA to be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and education on products and services. You will work as part of a supportive team using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment for safety and readiness.
• Answer questions, educate customers, and prepare rental invoices.
• Assist with equipment returns and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
