Job summary

AFP Industries Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to assist customers by phone and email, provide product information, and manage orders.

You will coordinate with sales teams and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, terms, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with a preference for those learning industrial products and applications.

• Remain current with discount structure and AFP products.
• Maintain current customer accounts, build relationships.
• Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in team environment.
• Assist with Counter Sales when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This position provides customer service and support. Involves the distribution of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Instrumentation Industrial components by order entry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, services and order status.

Education and Experience Required:
