Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Summerville, SC seeks a customer service representative to support orders and provide product information by phone and email.

Responsibilities include processing quotes, purchase orders, order changes and cancellations, maintaining customer accounts, and collaborating with inside sales. High school diploma required, manufacturing/industrial product knowledge a plus, on-site role in a team setting.

This position provides customer service and support. Involves the distribution of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Instrumentation Industrial components by order entry.
