Job summary

AFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative & Inside Sales to support customers by phone and email, process quotes, orders, and fulfill requests for Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Instrumentation components.

You will collaborate with inside sales and sales reps to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, problem solving and the ability to learn AFP product lines, with high school completion and prior customer
