Job summary

Piping Technology & Products (PT&P) in Houston, TX is seeking a CSR II to bridge customers with internal teams. You’ll provide timely updates during manufacturing, research order details, and coordinate resolution of order-related questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer focus.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with timely updates on manufacturing, inspection, and shipping.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email in a professional manner.
• Review shop-order information and monitor orders through production.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Shipping, and Sales for accurate updates.
• Escalate urgent or complex concerns to the appropriate department.
