This position involves responding to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and other related issues to provide information and facilitate resolutions.

Qualifications
  • Commitment to serving underserved communities with respect and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Washington Apple Health insurance and medical terminology.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility.
  • Document interactions accurately in our database.
  • Meet attendance and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities

Compensation and Benefits
