What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first call resolution by responding accurately to member inquiries related to benefits and eligibility
- Document inquiries and complaints in a computer database in a clear and timely manner
- Meet attendance and call quality standards
- Perform job functions with accuracy and attention to detail within established timeframes
- Other duties as assigned by the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or call center experience, preferably in insurance or managed care
- Knowledge of Washington Apple Health state medical insurance
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including typing
- Ability to use MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
