What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance to guests with air travel inquiries, including booking, changes, and cancellations
- Address and resolve issues or complaints related to air travel arrangements promptly
- Collaborate with the Air Operations team to manage air travel logistics effectively
- Certify all air tickets for passengers and process ancillary services as requested
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for air travel arrangements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, particularly in a high-volume call center
- Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservation system and familiarity with air travel booking procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ticketing activities, including issuance, refunds, and exchanges
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Availability to work some holidays
