What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide assistance to guests with air travel inquiries, including booking, changes, and cancellations
- Address and resolve issues or complaints related to air travel arrangements in a timely manner
- Work with the Air Operations team to manage air travel logistics efficiently
- Certify all air tickets issued for passengers and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to minimize errors and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for air travel arrangements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry, particularly in a high-volume call center
- Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservation system and familiarity with air travel booking procedures
