Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft applications.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Shift flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls.
• Make outbound calls and respond to emails as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and update customer accounts.
• Schedule service appointments and record work orders.
• Promote and sell additional services or products when appropriate.
• Escalate unresolved grievances to the proper departments.
