Mallory Safety and Supply in Seattle, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will service customers through order entry, problem resolution, and collaboration with sales and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, plus opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 410(k) plan.

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
• B2B customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to resolve issues.
• Process orders and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-train in other branch areas.
