UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ohio. You will act as a liaison between customers and the company, delivering outstanding service while supporting the Sales department and accounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent recommended.
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by phone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: call on outstanding accounts, process credits and exchanges, resolve conflicts.
• Support UniFirst’s Sales Department with administrative tasks.
• Do basic data entry and other administrative duties.
