Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Customer & Business Solutions Representative II to manage customer service, product selection, orders, and inventory. The role may support warehouse tasks such as stocking and deliveries, forklift operation, and clean, safe work practices.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels, assist the Sales Team with pricing, and prepare reports under supervision. JD Edwards and MS Office proficiency are required.

RoleOverview:

A Customer & Business Solutions Representative II works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,operatinga forklift,maintaininga safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

ASample ofWhatYou’llDo inthisRole:

• Handleelectronic order entry and processingutilizingJD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

• Respond to customer sales inquiries ina timely,accurate, andappropriate manner

• Submit and code bills and invoices totheAP department for payment

• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamstomaintainadequate inventory levels to meet customer needs

• Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory

• Supportthe Sales Team withaccuratecustomer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns

• Preparereports under manager’s supervision

• Aidteam members in administrative tasks

WhatYouBring totheRole:

• 2+ years of experience

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)

• The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

• Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively utilize business systems such as JD Edwards ERP

• Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams, to support customer service and cross-functional teamwork

• Ability to leverage data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making

Compensation and Benefits:

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.45 to $23.29 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
