• 3+ years in millwork, building materials, or related industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing tools.
• Ability to problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage RMAs, backorders, and order tracking.
• Partner closely with outside sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Review and verify order details before submission to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and manage open orders, updating ship dates and communicating changes.
• Provide product guidance and support across residential door and millwork offerings.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with peers.

Customer Service Representative II

Location: Sumner, WA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
