Alliance Door Products is hiring a Customer Service Representative II to be the main contact for customers, support Outside Sales, and process orders and RMAs. You will work in a fast-paced office environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a customer service role in an office setting.
• At least 3 years in the millwork or building industry.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with CRM software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary customer contact for questions and solve customer needs.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales and maintain frequent communication.
• Address requests promptly and professionally.
• Process calls, quotes, RMAs, orders and track status.
• Enter orders for stocked or special items.
• Follow established pricing guidelines.
• Detail new customer orders for handoff to entry/purchasing.
• Understand branch shop, warehouse, and shipping processes.
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Know Alliance residential door and millwork products.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
