Talentify in Sparks, NV is seeking a customer communications specialist to support patients by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with physician direction.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assess needs for additional products, document interactions, enter orders, and update demographic data in our systems. A high school diploma and basic computer entry skills are required; training opportunities and benefits are offered.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
