Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Carencro, LA seeks a front desk Member Services Associate to drive new member sales and deliver a superior club experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help with tours and sign-ups.

You will assist with check-ins, account updates, and BCM amenity usage while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment; issues are escalated to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to greet and assist potential members.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand/walk 75% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
