Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer-facing teammate to handle inbound/outbound calls, educate customers on products/services, and verify orders. You will document interactions in the system and keep records current.

The role requires basic computer entry, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow physician orders and instructions accurately.

Qualifications
