Job summary

Talentify in Ohio is seeking a customer care representative to engage with customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and identify ongoing product/service needs while supporting compliance with physician directions.

You will document calls, enter orders, and verify demographics in the system, while assisting with staff training and ensuring protocol adherence. The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
