lmccareers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice for patients and members. You will deliver compassionate service, screen inquiries, and guide callers with clarity and care.

You will schedule and update appointments, coordinate transportation when needed, document interactions, and work with medical teams to gather information, ensuring accurate records. Fluent in English and Spanish, you bring at least one year in customer service and a high school diploma,

  • Conduct outbound appointment confirmation calls.

What You’ll Do

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:

  • Provide exceptional serviceby answering and screening patient inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care.

  • Handle concerns with empathy, including supporting irate callers with patience, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues.

  • Schedule, cancel, and update physician appointmentsusing our computer system, including notifying patients of any changes.
  • Coordinate transportation servicesfor patients who need support getting to appointments.
  • Communicate with medical centers, departments, and officesto gather necessary patient information.
  • Connect potential new membersto the Marketing Agency and maintain accurate prospect records.
  • Take and route messagesfor physicians and support departments.
  • Update patient personal informationto ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct outbound appointment confirmation callsto help patients stay on track with their care.
