Job summary

Murtech Staffing & Solutions is seeking an empathetic Customer Service Representative for the healthcare sector. This remote role requires residency within a 45-minute commute of an approved office (Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; Camp Hill, PA; or Parkersburg, WV) and supports members and providers in a high-volume call center.

You will handle inbound calls about claims, eligibility, benefits, and related information, using multiple systems to deliver accurate, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Health insurance or healthcare call center experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy while maintaining control of the conversation.

Responsibilities

Remote / Work From Home - But must be local to one of the following offices: Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; Camp Hill, PA; or Parkersburg, WV. Must reside within a 45-minute commute from the office.

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and must be open to working the 11:30 AM–8:00 PM daily shift.
