Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a stable, daytime office role. This position emphasizes helping customers, answering calls, and supporting sales with a positive, team-driven atmosphere.

You'll manage calls, scheduling, and data entry while upholding our standards of excellent customer service, aiming to grow with a company that values development and payroll bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, office, receptionist, call center, scheduling, administrative assistant, or sales support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully complete a background check

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Convert leads into customers
