Job summary

PABCO Gypsum, a division of PABCO Building Products LLC, Las Vegas, seeks a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to process orders and coordinate with carriers. You will manage orders from entry to delivery, answer product inquiries, and support customers with shipping timelines.

Two years of related experience and a GED/HS diploma are required. The role includes SAP-based order handling and carrier coordination in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes incoming customer orders for materials and/or products.
• Prepares order paperwork for shipment and secures freight carriers as required.
• Routes orders to departments for filling and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
• Resolves routine issues with carriers, including customer complaints, liability issues, and rate discrepancies.
• Provides customer support by answering general product questions, directing customers to website, and distributing product brochures and samples.
• Enters purchase orders into SAP. Updates and maintains freight rate tables in SAP.
• Informs customers of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

What’s the Job?

• Prepares order paperwork for shipment and/or secures freight carriers as required.

You and your experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Two (2) years related experience and/or training
